A store dedicated to facial and body care

This project involves the design of a store dedicated to facial and body care, conceived as a space for well-being, self-reconnection, and daily ritual. Inspired by a personal experience centered on caring for both body and mind, the project goes beyond a commercial function to offer a calming and immersive environment focused on skin, nature, and health. The architectural concept is based on mono-materiality: a single material used as the guiding thread throughout the project becomes a physical metaphor for the skin, the body’s second envelope. Through variations in texture, finish, and form, this material reflects the diversity of skin types while ensuring strong spatial coherence. The space includes an area dedicated to the care ritual, allowing visitors to analyze their needs and receive a personalized routine, transforming the shopping experience into a sensitive and introspective moment.

This year’s project went beyond architectural design alone.
Alongside the development of the spatial concept, we were also challenged to create our own brand identity through courses in marketing, brand strategy and user experience. As part of this process, I designed the complete visual identity of the brand, including the graphic charter presented above.

Architectural Plans

Alongside the architectural concept, the project required the production of detailed technical plans such as lighting, HVAC, plumbing and plasterboard layouts.

Architectural Sections

These architectural sections highlight the spatial experience of the project, revealing proportions, materiality and the relationship between interior spaces.

3D Rendering

To communicate the atmosphere and architectural intent of the project, I produced a series of 3D visualizations.
One of the main challenges was conveying the richness of the material palette while working primarily with a single material: clay.
This required careful attention to texture, color variations and surface finishes in order to express the different identities and functions of each spa

Architectural Model

As part of the final submission, I designed and built the project’s physical model.
The surrounding site was represented in cork to emphasize the terrain’s contour lines and reveal the strong topographical character of the location at the foot of the Allauch hills.
This material choice helped illustrate the project’s integration within its landscape.
